Every year when spring comes around and Chatsworth House re-opens its beautiful gardens, I grab my camera and head for their glass houses. This year my friend and brilliant photographer Shaina Bostin came along with me, so between us capturing all the floral beauty in the gardens we also got to create these. I hope you enjoy!

Back in June I teamed up with the amazing MOR Wares to create some lifestyle brand photography of their apparel.

DC-3 Plane Wreckage
with Ryan Sheppeck
Whilst on our adventure around Iceland, back in November 2016, we made a stop off to visit the incredible site of the DC-3 plane wreckage on the black sands of Sólheimasandur's beach. We arrived just after 10am which, due to the time of year, meant the sun was still low in the sky; the light was beautiful. I shot a few photos of just the plane in it's barren setting, before deciding that this was just too good of a location to miss shooting some portraits - luckily Ryan didn't take too much convincing to step out from behind his camera and bring some colour to the scene with his awesome bright yellow North Face coat.

"Make waiting pleasant".

I often carry a whole bunch of stuff around with me at my shoots, and this one was no different - smoke bombs, reflector, clothing, flask... and that usually means juggling half a dozen things in my arms, but thanks to the lovely guys at Hoodiehut & Torso Clothing I now have these awesome In Still Motion Photography branded totes which I adore! Thanks guys!
Thanks for taking a look and be sure to leave a comment below letting me know your thoughts.
Lauren Eve Hutchinson, the brains (and sugar covered hands) behind Eve Kitchen, started her doughnut journey back in January 2015 with a stall at a local food market. Since then Eve's doughnuts have become the talk of the town, and by moving into their new home in Sharrow Vale earlier this year, the people of Sheffield now have a doughy Mecca to satisfy their tastebuds.
I was privileged enough to enjoy some of Eve's doughnuts some time before the shop opened and let me tell you - they are absolutely incredible, so when I found out they would have their own space to sit in and enjoy them along with tasty coffee (made with the most stunning Londinium coffee machine), I was incredibly excited. The shop is cosy and beautiful, with a modern airy atmosphere. The gorgeous rough-wood tables and smooth white hexagonal patterned floor give a tactile feel to the space; the beautiful flowers and plants provided by Moss & Clover bring colour to every corner. It's really lovely.
Follow Eve Kitchen on Instagram to see the ever-changing lineup of flavours, and make sure to visit the shop to experience them for yourself!
I first worked with Moss & Clover back in January of this year when I met the lovely florist and owner - Emma Venn.
Emma had opened Moss & Clover in the old sweet shop premises in the beautiful Nether Edge area of Sheffield only around a year before, and up until that point had only really had photos of her flowers taken with her phone, or sent to her by her wedding clients.
The brief was simple, to take some nice photos of her flowers and plants for social media and to giver her website a visual spruce!
We wanted the photos to be simple and honest and for them to reflect the moody natural lighting of the shop itself. I decided to use the dark wood of the counter-top and floor as the backdrop for the shots, enabling the colours of the flowers to steal the show.
As part of this visual update I also completely redesigned Moss & Clover's website with simpler navigation, full screen parallax images, a new contact page and a blog space for people to follow her work. Head over and take a look here, I'd love to hear what you think in the comments below.
